1. General Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@zensun.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Prepare the Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Specific Return & Refund Scenarios

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Provide details and photos of the defect or damage.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • Incorrect Items:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Provide details and photos of the incorrect item.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • Items Not Received:

    • If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, contact us to report the issue.
    • We will investigate the situation and work to resolve it. If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Order Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us immediately at support@zensun.store to request a cancellation.
    • If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process to return the item(s) for a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are marked as non-returnable or custom-made cannot be returned or refunded.
